Refund Policy

Please note that our refund policy is only applicable for web maintenance plans. If you have purchased any other services from us, including web design and development services, our refund policy does not apply.

If you have purchased a web maintenance plan and are not satisfied with our services, you can cancel your subscription within 30 days of purchase and receive a full refund. To be eligible for a refund, you must have purchased the subscription within the last 30 days and have not used the subscription extensively.

To request a refund, please contact us at contact@rovae.in. We will process your refund within 7 business days of receiving your request.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse a refund if we suspect fraudulent activity or abuse of our refund policy.
